You can’t always sell NFTs instantly and will need to wait until an interested buyer accepts your set purchase price or makes an agreeable offer before offloading your digital collectible, a process that could take hours, days, weeks or longer in any Nft Marketplace.

There are a few platforms looking for giving solutions “NFT AMMs primarily use liquidity pools to enable low slippage and low-cost transactions” solution for NFT (ERC721s) to token (ETH or ERC20) swaps using customizable bonding curves:

In order to understand what is the differences in competition between each protocol, I’ll present a comparative table.

SudoSwap has the lowest transaction fees, and it already has planned to lunch its governance token, seeking to take advantage of extending its advantage over other Nft AMM protocols.

In July ’21, founder 0xmons created an NFT liquidity provision protocol called LSSVM and published an original white paper.

LSSVM: A Liquidity Provisioning Protocol for NFT”, which briefly introduced the basic idea of an NFT AMM.

It consists of a number of independent NFT liquidity pools, each managed by an LP that has control over the pricing function curve, initial fees, incremental thresholds, and transaction fee ratios.

RISK

While the liquidity pool model deployed by DEXes protects you from traditional counterparty and custodial risk, funds are still deposited to a pool that is effectively a temporary custodian of those funds, albeit a contract rather than an entity. If that smart contract is subject to bugs, failure, hacks, or exploits, funds can still be lost. Care must also be taken to avoid platforms with an admin key or other privileged access that can leave users vulnerable to rug pulls and exit scams.

It has an average (7d) Daily User Active 185.

DAU is a tool used to measure the success of an online product or website. It would be a good parameter for investment if this number starts to grow.

A higher trade volume indicates a greater overall market interest for a particular token or pool.

The trading volume was highest of the last days because of the new collection Art Gobbler (0x60bb1e2aa1c9acafb4d34f71585d7e959f387769) was launched with Arweave, Polygon Rally After Meta’s NFT Announcement. Most people wanted to generate fees with trade within LPs over the new collection.

It’s generally a good idea to exit a liquidity pool when the price of the underlying assets in the pool starts to become very volatile. This is because the risk of impermanent loss becomes greater when the prices of the assets in the pool fluctuate greatly.

Staking NFTs & providing Liquidity to earn rewards (Yield),

If you are able to provide liquidity within any collection, each time someone swaps with that pool, you could be to earn 0.1% — 6% of the swap amount as a swap fee.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Liquidity providers deposit NFTs and/or ETH (or an ERC20 token) into liquidity pools.

They choose whether they would like to buy or sell NFTs (or both) and specify a starting price and bonding curve parameters.

Each pair can be one of 3 types: Token, NFT, or Trade.
The owner of a pair can modify certain parameters to change the pair's pricing and inventory.

2. Users can then buy NFTs from or sell NFTs into these pools. Every time an item is bought or sold, the price to buy or sell another item changes for the pool based on its bonding curve.

Bonding curve parameters
The pair consults its bonding curve to determine what its new price should be.
There are three choices: LinearCurve, ExponentialCurve, and XYKCurve

Each time this pool buys/sells an NFT, the price will be lowered/increased by delta

delta is assumed to be set properly by the LP to be the same precision of the pair's underlying token.
